Faith Church Residency - Chicago, IL

Leadership Pathway is thrilled to present this amazing opportunity to learn the ins / outs of leadership at the local church level. Faith Church in Dyer Indiana is an amazing multi-site church of several thousand in Northwest Indiana. It is about 30 miles from downtown Chicago.

We are looking for pastoral residents who will be embedded with campus pastors at each location.

We are looking for someone who:

- is wanting a great "field experience" for their first steps in ministry

- coachable / teachable 

- team player

- knows they want to be in full time vocational ministry in a church someday

All Leadership Pathway residents are paid a small amount and housing is provided.

We love undergrad, graduate students, or post-education.  It doesn't matter to us where in your journey you are ... we'll walk with you.
